Michael founded Bellview in 2017 with the intended purpose of providing business owners with a smooth and successful transition from their business.

Prior to founding Bellview, Michael worked at Ducera Partners, a New York-based investment bank. He focused on restructuring and mergers & acquisitions advisory to corporate clients. Prior to Ducera, Michael worked at UBS Investment Bank and Frisch Capital Partners.

Michael is actively involved in the following Bellview investments, Crane Industry Services Inc. and Ryeco, LLC, serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for each.

He is a native of Valdosta, Georgia, and a graduate with honors from the University of Georgia’s J.M. Tull School of Accounting where he served in leadership positions in multiple organizations including the Head of Investment Banking for the Corsair Society, as well as Co-Founder and President of the Apollo Society and Kennedy Program.

Michael is an active private pilot with an instrument rating. He enjoys flying, hunting, fishing, and smoking a good brisket.
