ATLANTA, GA – October 31, 2018 – Bellview Capital Partners LLC (“Bellview”) announced today the acquisition of Ryeco Inc. (“Ryeco” or the “Company”) in partnership with Tim Rye, and the Ryeco management team.

Ryeco, based in Marietta, GA, was founded in 1989 and is a leading manufacturer of quality control systems. Driven by industry‐leading customer service and cutting‐edge technology, the Company provides quality control marking systems and sheet break detection devices to the paper, packaging, and converting industry.

Bellview, founded in 2017, focuses on partnering with family owned businesses and corporations across the southeast. The portfolio team led by Michael Joseph, Managing Partner, will work closely with Ryeco management to provide marketing, financial, real estate, systems, and operational support that will be instrumental in building the Company into a major global platform.
